Here at Dak FPV we are very understanding about faulty components as we are pilots our selves, And if you have a issue certainly contact us and will will work with you to rectify the issue.

If it's "user error", we won't replace it

We have been in this industry for a long time and we can quickly tell when things are as being told or not.

Reasons like it broke after a mild hit or hard landing are not acceptable returns, all impacts and crashes can cause damage so please don't be offended if your request is denied.

Test all items where possible before soldering to boards. Applying too much heat to a board or not connecting up correctly can often be a cause of issues with electrical components and generally not covered if you have already soldered to a board.

WHAT can be returned?

Due to the Nature of this hobby we can only cover items that are Dead on Arival (DOA)
Damages caused by crashes or mistreatment are not covered under any circumstance.
Products where you simply change your mind are generally not covered by our returns policy.

All Sale items are non returnable
Gift cards are also non returnable.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

All returns or DOA requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipting the items.

SHIPPING for returns?

Dak FPV WILL NOT cover any return shipping - that is the responsibility of the Purchaser, We also suggest you chose a shipping service that provides tracking.

CREDIT for returns?

Generally a replacment item of the same type and model will be issued, where the item is discontinued or not available in a reasonable timeframe a substitute or store credit may be offered.

Packing materials?

All returns are to be where possible in original packaging and include all accesories. cables and manuals.
Value of missing items may be deducted from your claim.
